This year’s Midwest Dental Conference provided the opportunity for 13 class reunions. The Class of 1972 celebrated their 50th, while the Classes of 1967 and 1962 came together for their 55th and 60th reunions respectively. It was a special memory for the Class of 2017 as well, as the conference marked their first ever class reunion. The celebrations included dinner at local restaurants like Lidia’s, Pierpont’s and Teocali. Gatherings were also hosted in hospitality suites at the Sheraton and there was even a reception held at an alum’s home. The conference always provides a special time for UMKC School of Dentistry alumni to reconnect and reminisce.
