Applicants Must:

• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Have a Baccalaureate degree in dental hygiene or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Have a current dental hygiene state license
• Present a satisfactory academic record with at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA
• Submit three references from college faculty members/administrators. One must be from the hygiene program director where you earned your degree
