Make an Appointment

You may call during office hours to schedule an appointment at our general and pediatric clinics. You must have a referral from a clinic or dentist to arrange an appointment at one of our advanced clinics. Because of the learning environment, patients should allow more time for their appointment than they would at a private clinic.
