Orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics

The advanced education orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics residency certificate program prepares residents for community practice of orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.

Periodontics

The advanced education periodontics residency certificate program prepares dentists for a career in clinical periodontics, research and teaching.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program

We offer two tracks: a four-year advanced education certificate program and a six-year advanced education certificate plus Doctor of Medicine degree. We also offer one-year internships and one- to four-week externships for dental students.

Master's degree

Designed for students concurrently enrolled in one of our advanced dental residency certificate programs. You may submit an application to the master’s program after being accepted into a residency program.

The oral and craniofacial sciences Ph.D. program includes the choice of research in the following areas: biomaterials and bioengineering of biological tissues and replacements, craniofacial development and mineralized tissue biology or translational and clinical research.
