The UMKC Dental Hygienists’ Alumni Association took time to
honor outstanding memories during its annual luncheon.

You never know who you’ll run into among the 3,500 atendees at the
Midwest Dental Conference, and there’s always time for some
catching up. These three young alums took time to chat on the
LINK, which connects the conference’s two hotels, the
Westin and the Hyatt.

Greg Houston (r) (D.D.S. ’79), a UMKC clinical assistant professor,
exchanged wit and wisdom with Dr. William Liebenberg, who
presented one of the conference’s 18 Scientific Sessions.

The Dental Class of 1981 reunited to celebrate 20 years of
dentistry and camaraderie. Other dental classes hosting reunion
activities included 1946, 1951, 1961, 1966, 1971, 1976, 1981,
1986, 1991, 1996 and 2000. The dental hygiene class of
1991 also celebrated a reunion.
