Hosts are needed to participate in this year’s Dinner with a Dentist Program. If connecting with a few current dental and dental hygiene students whets your appetite, consider volunteering to host a dinner. You may host alone or team up with another dentist. Hosts can invite six to 10 dental students (with or without significant others) to your office, home or a restaurant any afternoon or evening between Oct. 29 and Nov. 19. You pick the date, time, menu and place that works for you. Dental and dental hygiene students (from all classes) will sign-up at the School of Dentistry for a dinner that fits their schedule.  

Last year 14 hosts entertained 80 students on 11 evenings. Both dentists and students gave the evening high marks and wanted to do it again. Alumni enjoyed finding out a little more about what current students were thinking, and students liked finding our what practicing dentistry is really about.
