MDC 2012 CE Credit Site – now openUMKC Continuing Dental Education presented “Local Anesthesia for the Dental Hygienist,” from Thursday through Saturday, Sept. 29 through Oct. 1, 2011. The program was presented by UMKC faculty members William Brockmann, DDS, PhD; Brett Ferguson, DDS; and Nancy Keselyak, RDH, MS. The 14 dental hygienists attending the course learned basic principles related to patients receiving local anesthesia for dental treatment. The course took place at the UMKC School of Dentistry.
